Adventure lies beyond the next horizon

Wilderune is an action RPG set in a procedurally generated voxel world. Create your character, cross provinces with varied landscapes and bring the resources from your encounters back to village artisans. Every expedition is a chance to try different equipment, discover a creature or challenge the guardian of a new region.

Explore seven biomes

Travel through Plains, Forest, Coast, Desert, Glacier and Highlands, and venture into the Ocean. Each biome has its own wildlife, resources and weapon recipes. Explore on foot, leap over obstacles and swim to settlements built over the water. Search biome chests for accessories that expand your movement options and help shape your equipment choices.

One weapon, two attacks, your fighting style

Equip a different weapon to change the way you fight. Discover 28 craftable weapons and 21 guardian weapons, each with a primary attack and a secondary or charged attack. Village swords, bows, wands and spears help you get started. Guardian rewards draw on seven combat signatures, from spores and explosions to shockwaves and projectiles you can recall.

Read an enemy's wind-up, move clear of its charge and strike during an opening. Seven towering mini-bosses inhabit the biomes. Defeating them yields materials, trophies and a chance to earn a weapon for your next journey.

Prepare for the road ahead

Sell your finds, craft local weapons and fuse accessories at village workshops. Three accessory slots let you combine movement and defensive effects. The right equipment unlocks climbing, wall jumps, an extra jump or an aerial dash, giving familiar terrain new possibilities. Turn creature materials into seven armor sets, with matching pieces activating additional powers.

Meet the wildlife

Build your bestiary through observation and combat. Equip the animal-bond amulet, find a creature's favorite food and approach a calm animal to tame it. Three species can join your collection, with one companion active at a time. Your chosen animal follows you and offers modest help in fights you have already started.
