The competitive layer — ranked stats, leaderboard eligibility, rivalry tracking — plus Hardcore mode, the full-game mode — will become an optional subscription. It is free for everyone during the beta, and there is no billing in the game today. One flat tier when it arrives. No microtransactions. No cosmetic gacha. No "premium" upsells inside the game.
