Heads Up, Chefs!

One pot. Two orders. Everybody's hands.

Your neighbors do not cook. They throw. Ingredients come off the balconies all evening, and the only thing you have is a gravity gun. Pull them out of the air, drag them across the street, drop them in the pot.

There is one pot. There are two orders on the board at the same time. Whatever goes in, all of you have to live with.

The gravity gun is a tool, not a weapon

Nothing snaps into place. Ingredients have weight. They bounce, they roll under things, they land on your teammate's head. Put the wrong tomato in and no button empties the pot for you: somebody has to walk over, aim, and pull it back out. That takes time you do not have.

The night does not end. It speeds up.

Evening pays better than afternoon. Last call pays better than both. From midnight the balconies start closing one by one, and every one of them dumps whatever it has left on the way out. The busiest minute of the day is the last one.

Then everyone has to lie down on the mattress on the sidewalk. Everyone. Including the one still shouting that there is time for one more order.

Rent

Rent is the only thing this game asks of you, and it goes up. Miss it three days running and the eviction notice on the wall stops being a warning. No hunger bar, no energy, no stock to manage. One number, and it is always the same number.

Two slots, three things

The vending machine on the corner sells a trampoline, an awning you can re-angle with the gravity gun, and a lamp. You have two slots. That argument happens every morning.

Nothing needs maintenance and nothing gets repaired. Things wear out from being used, and you feel it before you see it: the trampoline bounces lower, the awning sags, the lamp dims. Then it breaks and the slot is free again.

1 to 6 players

Built for a group standing in the same physics space, getting in each other's way. There is a solo mode and it works, but the game is not tuned around one person and it will not be.

Two ways to play

• Run: keep the street going as long as you can. How many days you lasted is the score.
  
• Campaign: a fixed run of days with an ending you can actually reach.
