The memories of a fallen civilization are trapped in a field of hostile hexes. Every node is a combat puzzle. Read the encounter, assemble a loadout, forecast the result, and deploy.

EmergenHex is a deterministic buildcrafting idle game about understanding systems, not rolling for luck.

Combine skills, passives, artifacts, gear, damage types, delivery methods, and status effects to break each encounter's rules. The same build always produces the same result, so a defeat is information: inspect the forecast, change the answer, and try again.

Conquered memories generate Exploration Points while you plan. Once you have proven a victory, assign one of six independent loadouts to autofarm it—even while you are away. Return to the record, collect what your builds earned, and invest those resources in stronger readings.

The map never stops testing your assumptions. Resistances, immunities, auras, composition rules, adaptive enemies, and multi-phase bosses punish one-size-fits-all builds. The Forecast and Loadout Check explain what worked, what failed, and why.

Reach the ending and the record opens again.

The Second Reading transforms the map with new encounter rules, three additional ranks, new resources, and a final confrontation hidden beyond the first conclusion.
